It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the official website of our Conservative Dentistry and Endodontic Society of Nepal (CDEAN). This platform has been created to strengthen communication, promote academic excellence, and encourage collaboration among professionals dedicated to the field.

As dentistry continues to evolve with advancements in technology, research, and clinical practices, our mission as a society is to support continuous learning, uphold high standards of patient care, and inspire innovation within our profession. Through this website, we aim to provide valuable resources, updates on scientific activities, educational opportunities, conferences, and society events.

Message from the Vice President
Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics Association of Nepal (CDEAN)

Hello and Namstay everyone,

It has been a true privilege to be associated with the Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics Association of Nepal (CDEAN) since 2019, serving progressively as an Executive Member, General Secretary and currently as Vice President. Over these years, I have witnessed CDEAN evolve into a dynamic professional platform dedicated to uniting and uplifting restorative dentists and endodontists across Nepal.

Since its establishment in 2015, CDEAN has remained committed to advancing our specialty through continuous academic engagement, clinical skill development, and professional collaboration. Through regular scientific programs, hands-on workshops, conferences, and non-profit training initiatives, the association has consistently contributed to enhancing both knowledge and clinical practice among its members.

During my tenure as General Secretary, we undertook several key initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational structure and connectivity. These included the digitalization of membership records, the launch of CDEAN’s first official newsletter, establishment of its official office along with the procurement of essential equipment, and the publication of the CDEAN Members Directory, marking a significant milestone in strengthening its organizational infrastructure, digitalization, and operational efficiency. These initiatives have further enhanced internal coordination while significantly improving accessibility and member engagement.

During my tenure as Vice President, I am proud to have contributed to several key initiatives, including the introduction of a scholarship program to support deserving members, the successful launch of CDEAN’s official website, and the expansion of strategic collaborations with various national and international professional associations. These efforts have helped strengthen academic exchange, professional development, and the global visibility of our organization. In addition, CDEAN has expanded its national and international network, enabling valuable academic exchange and exposure through collaborations with not only reputed endodontic and dental associations worldwide but also with women entrepreneur organizations and interdisciplinary professional groups. These partnerships continue to enrich our members with global perspectives and learning opportunities. As we move forward, I am encouraged by CDEAN’s growing presence and its continued advocacy for the specialty, particularly through constructive engagement with key regulatory and academic bodies such as the Nepal Medical Council, Nepal Dental Association, Kathmandu University, and Tribhuvan University. The recent launch of our official website marks another significant milestone in our journey toward greater visibility, accessibility, and professional connectivity. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire executive team for their dedication and collective efforts in making these achievements possible. Special thanks are due to Dr. Deepak Roy and his team for their outstanding work in successfully developing and launching the official website. As a Vice President of new executive committee of CDEAN, I remain committed to supporting CDEAN’s mission of academic excellence, professional development, and collaborative growth. I look forward to contributing further to its vision of strengthening restorative dentistry and endodontics in Nepal and beyond. Wishing CDEAN continued progress and success in the years ahead.
